Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

At PRIME PICKS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the policy below for shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations applicable to purchases made with us.

1) Shipping Policy
  • We deliver orders within a 5–10 km radius of our store location.
  • All products will be delivered within 1–2 days, except dairy products which are delivered on the same day.
  • Currently, we do not provide shipping outside this service area.
2) Refund Policy
  • Damaged, defective, expired product will be delivered in same day or 1 working day.
  • Refund will be credited within same day or 1 working day.
3) Return Timeline
  • We accept returns within 1 day of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
4) How to Raise a Request
  • Notify us within the allowed return/refund timeline via email/phone/WhatsApp.
  • Provide order details and evidence (photo/video) showing the issue.
5) Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your request, our team will verify the claim. If approved, you may receive a replacement, credit, or refund to the original payment method within the committed timeline.

6) Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed except under refund-eligible scenarios.
7) Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
  • Perishable food items once delivered (unless damaged/wrong)
  • Items without original packaging or with signs of use
  • Clearance/discounted items marked “Final Sale”
8) Delivery Issues

Delays due to courier/logistics or circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund, though we will assist in resolution wherever possible.
